Your picture sounds to me like a pretty good description of what must happen in a great big design. But when I said something about my example being too big to post, I just meant that there is a lot of extra junk to sort through that (probably) doesn't have anything to do with why the simulators give different results. I don't want to post a 300-line example if 30 lines will show the problem.
