Oh, this is computationally more intensive than trivial, perhaps a task for a mcu rather than hard logic... JW This task can easily be done in a small MCU, but, since he's trying to learn Verilog, perhaps it's best to let him do it that way. It's not a production-bound project. It would probably be easy enough to accomplish using a "PicoBlaze". RE |
