Thanks for the hint. This is the message I seem to be getting from all sides. For some unknown reason I naively thought the synthesizers would do a better job than they appear to.

Anyway, at least now I know what to expect so I can move forward with my little project rather than fretting that I'm somehow not doing it right. It's certainly true that I have gates to burn.
