I've never liked computer games, though they do help newbies learn to use keys, mouse, etc. That doesn't make 'em bad. Maybe it says I'm a stick-in-the-mud ... I was raised when a phone call or a cup of coffee cost a dime, dollar was a DOLLAR and a computer cost millions of them. I never mentioned computer games. I started Doom 3 about 1.5 years ago and have been too busy doing other things to get back to it. (Plus, I was playing it with the sound pretty loud and it was scaring my wife and the dogs.) I still can't see why you'd want multiple monitors on your notebook. I can see how you might want 'em on a docking station if it's a desktop replacement. Of course, you can use that Gb ethernet and telnet to get the job done on one of your other machines, too. Yes! Multiple monitors WHEN I'M SITTING AT A DESK DOING REAL WORK! Yes! Desktop Replacement! With a real keyboard and trackball! -a |
