If you have a "normally constructed" house, and bump into it, lightly, with your car, you will dent your car.

If you have a "manufactured" house, and bump into it with your car, you will knock down your house. YMMV, of course, but they're not well insulated for heat, cold, or noise, and they shake in the wind, often leak in heavy rain, and fall down in a storm.
