I have not used a PSD chip for, I guess, more than 5 years. I can not recollect (age?) any partnumber and do not have any svhematics (used it at another place). I have seen "somewhere" that the PDS chips are still available and the mental not went no further that "oh they are". I 'expand' exclusively today (maybe this is not true tomorrow) by using 8 port processors and slave uCs plus a smattering of IIC chips.

I included the PSD chips (which I have used in the distant past) for the sake of making a complete list.
