Optimising battery life is a lot more complicated than just a single current value!

eg, in many cases, using a higher current for a shorter time can be better than a lower current for longer...

There's a lot more to achieving a low-power application than just choosing a "low-power" microcontroller - it needs careful consideration of how the application uses the power...
