What I meant certainly wasn't low performance!

I've acquired several SiLabs EVK's, but in each case was informed, by SiLabs, that delivery would be considerably delayed.

This was probably because their EVK's were selling briskly and, as a consequence, they were unable to estimate the quantity that they should hold in inventory in order to ship promptly. Digikey was also out of stock in the case of the one that I wanted at the time, so I've bought my boards either at Mouser, or from someone on eBay.

One of them was given to me by a colleague who wanted me to take a look at those chips, and I know not where he got that one.
