Don't (necessarily) blame the customers!
no blame of the customer, just paraphrasing Richards post title " Isn't that a product of poor analysis? " since Richard seems to beleieve that he can get perfect descriptions before showing the prototype. That, in my opinion, is usually impossible. Erik |
