#179703 - Actually well policed and few to answer Responding to: ???'s previous message |
It's actually quite well policed.
You can't discuss IAR or harly even gcc. No general hw discussions. No general programming discussions. There have been a number of threads about C/C++ standards, but that is almost the limit to dicusssions not directly related to Keil. How many are willing to discuss hw design there? How many are willing to discuss how to decide what to do in hardware or software? How many are willing to discuss different programming methods to solve more complex problems? The forum hardly ever reaches the level where you use an oscilloscope to debug - other than check the baudrate of the serial port? The Keil forum is not a good platform for general discussions about ARM projects and how to use ARM procesors or how to interface them. And programming problems often gets ignored if not related to a Keil tool. |
