Perhaps you're using "policed" with a somewhat different meaning to me?

To me, it would mean the Keil moderators taking specific action against such posts - and I don't see any of that.


problems often gets ignored if not related to a Keil tool.

True - but that wasn't what I was thinking of as "policing".
