There isn't currently any real policing of this.

But I suspect that might well change if Keil (or ARM) felt that "too much" traffic was "off-topic"...

Note that they recently got rid of the parametric device search - so they are obviously under pressure to keep (or get?) their focus on their own products...

And, of course, they are not independent - they are now part of ARM!
