1)- in some aspects ARM seems like 8051 of nowadays
2)- "General chat" is not restricted (at least as i know) to 8051
and when questions arive about PIC , AVR and so on somebody usually gives some answer.
But questions about 220VAC and ARM(see above 1) in one place ? It's not very helpfull/usefull.
