Hello Kiran, No offense meant, but I think you are living in the past: The R8C27 micro controller is available for <1$, has 32K flash, 10 bit AD several timers etc way faster than a vanilla 8052. Recently I got a quote for the LPC1110 (ARM CORTEX M0) for <1$, this has 8K flash, the 32K flash version the LPC1114 is available for around 1.5$, just go through the data sheet, I think the 8052 is history.
