I would beg to differ with you here Justin. For small proto buildups or for one or two off project requirements it can be economical to purchase on of dozens of different ARM type eval boards to use for the project. On these the chip comes already mounted and is likely to cost you less than building a 1 or 2 quantity build of a special circuit board.
