I guess, Chico has no idea at all what he wants, because he hasn't analyzed this issue up to now. Helping him and writing code for him would mean to begin an endless series of e-mails, discussing all the details over and over again. The begin of a never ending ping pong game...

On the other hand, would Chico begin to analyze the issue by himself, he would be able to write the code as a sideline - by himself!
