#176189 - In my book there is no such thing Responding to: ???'s previous message |
No. Customer satisfaction does not create profit. But it is one of the factors that greatly affects your profit. But a satisfied customer that isn't willing to pay enough money or buy enough to cover all involved costs will not produce any profit.
In my book there is no such thing as a (satisfied) customer that isn't willing to pay enough such an individual will never be a customer of a well run business. Anyhow customer satisfaction creates favorable word of mouth (free advertising) and repeat business, both very beneficial to the balance sheet. For those of you not business inclined, just think of the references (customer satisfaction queries) you have to give when applying for a job. Erik |
