Is that actually viable?

How long is it going to take to test each one?
ie,
* remove it from the packaging in which you receive it;
* put it into your test jig;
* run the test;
* record the result;
* re-package for your customer.

And, as already noted, you have to do that carefully and observing full static-handling precautions - so that you don't damage the parts

Half a minute each? then that'd be 120 you could test in an hour - excluding the overheads of procuring them in the first place, order handling, shipping, etc...


Can you actually make enough profit on each sensor to make it worthwhile?
