Customer satisfaction is in FIRST place!

Q: what is the purpose of customer satisfaction ?
A: an unhappy customer will cost you a lot in support, thus customer satisfaction means less grief and more PROFIT

PS customer satisfaction should always be number one, but it does create profit.
