#185878 - SiLabs IDE and Keil uVision 3.0 Responding to: ???'s previous message |
Well, I may have to do the same.. that is, use SiLabs IDE for debugging. I am having a difficult time this morning running the debugger in the Keil IDE.
First, although I have Keil set to use "USB Debug Adapter 1.9" selected, as soon as I click on "Debug" from the Keil IDE it automatically selects, "RS232 Serial Adapter". (Which I don't have).. Didn't seem to have this issue when I first installed the Silabs DLL yesterday... guess after a reboot of PC it corrupted something? Now Keil crashes when debugging! Using SiLabs IDE, how do you examine all of the micro's Peripherals, Port IO, Serial, Oscillator, etc, as done in Keil IDE? This is a very useful tool for me, and thus the reason with sticking with Keil. Thanks for your feedback. -R |
