I am inclined to agree. The employee is probably no longer there.

I predict that we will hear the same stories in ten years, twenty years, thirty years, ...

Mind you, Erik and Richard are perfectly entitled to their opinions. If they do not want to deal with a company, why should they? If you live long enough, you can fall out with everyone.

OTOH, you might reassess the companies every now and then.
