There is a replacement for the P89C668 by a small company, Tekmos, introduced exactly because of the way how Philips/NXP discontinued it back then.

It may come handy if an older product using it sells in a way which does not justify a redesign.

I know of no replacement for the 'V664, but honestly I don't know the 'V664 enough to judge whether some of the existing offerings could replace it easily enough.
