Anyone who'd build modern, and therefore fast, MCU circuits on such a board is asking for trouble. At audio frequencies, these boards are moderately acceptable, so long as the circuit isn't too complex, but for anything over half-a-MHz and with more than a dozen or two connections, it's far too unstable. Aside from that, there's the ~5 pF row-to-row capacitance, and the rather high inductance ... <sigh> ... and many other reasons not to do it.
