IIRC the Atmel(exTemic) variety of '251s have been discontinued a couple of years ago.

[EDIT] Indeed: in http://www2.atmel.com/about/qua...cence.aspx , type "80251" or "87251" into the search window.

[EDIT2] Re "navigation on the "new" Atmel site": In the 8051 "main" page, on the right there is a "Related Items" box, and in it a link to "Mature Devices", where the '251s are still listed (together with e.g. AT87F51).
