It's just a copy of the list - the actual documents aren't there to view or download.

Some of them are. For example, the bottommost link at http://web.archive.org/web/20040...053102.pdf is http://web.archive.org/web/20040...053102.pdf which appears to work. You might also try to play with the various "vintages" of the pages saved in the wayback machine. But it's not a merry game, I admit, rather sad.

I can connect there anonymously using FTP in passive mode - non-passive apparently fails on a stupid firewall setting on their side. There is a HUGE directory tree there, but too many of the branches are empty, including the only MCS-51 subdirectory (according to the 7meg dir.txt document in root).
