#144346 - Justification Responding to: ???'s previous message |
You have two memes, one says that it is a good thing to kill your neighbours, and will guarantee you a great place in the after life, the other says help your neighbours and you'll get a great place in the afterlife. Which meme gets to propagate ? The answer is just logic, not "interpretation". Does this mean you believe the theory of the evolutionary process gives a moral justification for killing other people? If a persons "evolved" sense of morality say's it necessary and good to kill someone in order to help insure their _kind_ (race,religion...) stays on top then no one else can can cliam it's somehow evil. |
