I know quite a few people with PhD's in math who not only would disagree with you on that, but would likely have a good chuckle over your statement. But whether or not one believes them to be mutually exclusive, my point was that putting a religious spin on math in schools is ludicrous. I do know a college math instructor who refers to Euler's Formula as "God's equation", but he's a minority of one and he does not bring up his religion in any way in his classes. |
