Up to now, you've said nothing about needing communication between the two PHYTEC boards. Your post is neither a clarification of what that does for you, nor is it in any sense clear as to how you would accomplish that using the ports you mention. I can "guess" at what you mean, but, don't you think it would be better if you provided a bit more detail, and took just a little more time making your statements clear and complete?
