The requirement is still not clear!

We really need Walter to post a diagram that clearly shows how these two 8052s are connected to each other and to the PC.

His original post seems to suggest that each 8052 has a separate connection to the PC, which would really seem to make comms via the PC the obvious & easiest solution...
