Do you mean that you are going to use 2 COM ports on the PC, with one COM port connected to each 8051?
That's Richard's interpretation here: http://www.8052.com/forum/read/168338 and it woudl be my reading, too - although these things can get lost in translation...

IF that is the case, then I'd agree with Richard - make the PC the master, and all communications go via the PC.

Even if it wasn't your original intention, I think you should give it serious consideration - I think it's likely to be far simpler than managing 3-way comms...
