#169174 - Schematic is Incomplete
Responding to: ???'s previous message
Erik Malund said:
can't comment on an incomplete schematic, always check in preview

The drawing is bigger than the window, but I can see the horizontal scroll bar, that allows me to view the full schematic....Can you see the MAX232 and 3 pin header in the schematic? Next time I will load a smaller picture.

I have just drawn the necessary signal paths to and from TxD and RxD Pins of the Microcotnroller till the RS232 connector through MAX232; this is just to explain the scheme of connecting 2 microcontrollers.

Since we've got no information about the tasks of the two MCU's, I doubt it's safe to assume you can just AND the outgoing messages. If they're a bit or two out of synchronization, the message will never be correct at the receiver.

Even I don't have any idea about the tasks of the MCUs as posted by the OP.
But, If we use this method with Modbus Protocol with the PC as the Master, then, do we we still have to face the synchronization problem?
