The answer is: parallel RX and TX. That's no problem, as Richard said.
you are aware that it is parallel at the TTL level, not the 232 levels?

But if it runs, there is garbage coming out. If i use a different time base of sending signals, there is garbage too.
for this to work the 'timebase' must be the same for all

So how to implement a µvision2 c# code that there is no garbage coming out?
it is imperative that no uC speaks without being allowed to ro so by the PC
