3MHz, if true, is certainly 'ordinary', even dismal, but finding a hard spec on this is not easy.

There they claim up to 144 Msps, one channel, and 4 channels as Logic analyser option,
- but missing seem to be firm specs on
* Analog bandwidth / Rise time
* Digital channel glitch width ability.
