For Voltage measurement, Undistorted sine wave
but for Current measurement sine wave is distorted because of SCR trigger.
impossible if you correctly measure after the SCR
wrong if you incorrectly measure before the SCR

there is no value to a measurement of voltage in one place and current in another.
also with the currents you are talking about, the voltage before the SCR WILL be a bit distorted
