When I google for RMS the first hit is a wikipedia about Root Mean Square. It explains eveything you need and more. I recommend you do the same.

Further what is 'u', 'r', 'ur' and 'vl'? Are you too lazy to type out these words and expect the rest of the world to spend the extra time to figure it out? Is your time worth so much more that it compensates for all extra time of all readers combined? Or are you browsing the internet with a 10 year old mobile telephone without an easy keypad?
