One by one i am trying to answer.
No worries about Phase and Frequncy... only measure RMS valuse

Precision Rectify:
if we wants to measure distorted waveform than it will be good. what about linearity?
please elaborate Precision rectify limitation. it will useful for me.

If i will go with sine waveform measurement than my circuit is identical for all four configuration.
