ya thats good... this one of the way to calculate peak and RMS

but when time is critical things than..
i can not engage subroutine to continuesly busy at adc pin...
because line freq is 50Hz(20mS)....

please correct me if i am wrong...
if i detect zero cross over than after almost 4.8 to 5.2 ms i vl measure ADC pin than...
is this right way ???
