Kai, you said before that I wasn't driving the IRL's hard enough, but I thought as they were logic level devices and the original setup worked well it would be OK, but I looked around some more and found you were right.

So now, I'm ready to try and drive the Fets harder. I've got several drivers on my list (some are having very very long lead times for ordering). Does this device look like it'll do the job?
