You should be able to use the Microchip/SST89E58, which IMHO is an identical chip except the NXP-supplied bootloader.

Of course, Microchip might decide to cut them out, too.

According to the notice I linked to above, 'CV51RB2 is going to be discontinued together with the 'V51RB2, so I'd not bet on them more than on the 'V'.

There is still a backup option to ask e.g. Lynn Reed of Tekmos to provide a backup, as he did in case of the P89C668.
