#181245 - So, what to do? Responding to: ???'s previous message |
I've just finished a new design around the P89V51RC2FBC. The prototype is working as expected, but I don't want to design in a chip that is on it's way out, or worse, that are "available" but become harder and harder to find without long lead times which forces us to hold significant inventory and pay more per piece.
So, what are other engineers doing? Only designing with 89CV51 NXP family? Going to other manufacturers? Biting the ARM bullet? -David Edited: part number mistake |
