You can create havoc in any language. Especially since many languages does have a goto statement.
A safer car is safer for a "normal" driver. But even safe cars often have enough engine capacity to drive at 200+ km/h. So adding safety belts, cusions, safety harness, ... doesn't make them totally safe. Just safer than older cars. A structured language is a language that helps the developer write structured code. But no language can really truly enforce this. The developer just have to help. It's easier to write straight text lines on a paper with help lines preprinted on it. But you can manage just fine without the help lines. |
