Sure, if you can easily get one.

It has PCA/T2/SPI and Dual i2c, and even tho it is now obsolete from NXP, you could replace with an AT89LP51RD2, (& Gain an ADC), should you fry the device.

It has a similar boot-loader entry scheme as Atmel (RST+PSEN) :

However if either the PSEN pin was low when reset was exited, or the Status Bit was set = 1, the MCU will start executing code from the boot address.
