found it adequate for one of the "little" chips, but have never put the 'F12x parts into a real product, so I haven't exercised it fully.
I found it 'adequate' for the f12x chips. Again, the tool is great, but not perfect; however, checking the tools result is far easier than doing it from scratch. If I recall, the tool had one miss where an interaction between two timers was off (again, this is an old recollection) I THINK it was the common clock scaling for T0 and T1 that did not 'alarm' that one would not give the correct time, since the scaling was for the orther.
