I've used the F120 in a bunch of designs, including the one on my desk right now, and it's a pretty nifty chip. I run it at Full Tilt Boogie, 98 MHz, for no other reason than that I can do so.

I'll answer your first question, which will be, "WTF doesn't this port bit toggle/SPI port work/UART1 work/arrrgh?" The answer, of course, is: SFRPAGE register. Trust me on this.
