Maybe it just doesn't do it very well ...

What I mean is that little tool they provide as part of their toolset that manages the crossbar assignments for you ... sort-of ...

I found it adequate for one of the "little" chips, but have never put the 'F12x parts into a real product, so I haven't exercised it fully.

Any comments on that? They must have had to field a lot of questions about the XBAR, else they wouldn't have cooked up that tool to help with pin assignments.
