The linked element14 site has an extremely high price for that SiLabs USB debug adapter. Even if the shown price is in NZ Dollars at the current exchange rate it is putting the price at about 88 USD.

You can buy them all day long at SiLabs, Mouser and Digikey for 35USD.

To pay the high element14 price you would be expecting a low oxide gold USB cable and free, next day, world wide shipping.
