A professor in electronics or programmig who gives out a C for an excellent design that is lacking in the mechanical division would be handed a C as a lousy professor. Most probably, we would be just as lousy in electronics and/or programming as he is in pedagogy.

A teacher in litterature don't give out a C based on the hand writing of a student. A teacher in medicine don't give out a C based on the firmness of the handshake when a medical student interacts with his patients.
