watch the fora, I can count nore than 100 "I an about to graduate, send me code and schematics" posts in the fora that are related to this just this year.
Otherwise you may end up with someone with a lott of "progress" and no knowledge.

I do share the basic sentiments posted here about new graduates, someone has to get them going. I have been involved with a few such cases and the sad thing is that after a few months many of them, believe they know all, and act in such a manner. One asked for his salary to be doubled after 6 months - he is getting the rest of his experience elsewhere.
