You cannot expect to get someone from university to have to required experience thease days because engineering isnt seen as a subject which needs investing in and this guy who works at a university was saying he despaires at the people he gets to teach.
You takea choose you pay peanuts for a fresh graduate and accept that you are going to have to train him or you pay for someone with some experience and all this 2:1 from a redbrick university bullshit is just bollocks frankly.
