Don't you find it interesting that such questions exists. I don't think too many people would ask: "What is the maximum speed of a car?" or "What is the maximum intensity of a lamp?"

Somehow, when we get to electronics or programming, people tends to stop thinking about the logic behind the questions they are asking.
